We first met Sean when he remodeled two bathrooms in 2017. We were so impressed with his work that over the last few years we have hired Sean and his team to remodel our kitchen, install 5 new patio doors, install 4 new skylights, install a new garage ceiling, and de-popcorn and repaint the ceilings in 6 rooms.

We have them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fair. Above all, they always provide quality workmanship. We will continue to use Brevard Priority Carpentry whenever we need any kind of remodeling.

Sean has completed several large projects in our second home in NC including removal of popcorn ceiling and painting the ceiling, updating light fixtures, installation of wood flooring in two bedrooms and a hallway, installation of vinyl plank flooring, and replacing a sink fixture in our kitchen. The next project was a complete remodel of a downstairs bedroom/office including new light fixtures, covering concrete block walls with drywall, painting, replacing fogged glass panels in many windows, and overall making the room more finished looking. The third project was a total remodel of our downstairs bathroom down to the studs and expansion of the room, installing cabinetry, a new soaking tub, creating a new shower and tiling the walls and floors of the bathroom. He and his team also completed a complete overhaul of our laundry room including replacing the ceiling tiles, covering concrete block walls with drywall, painting, installing cabinetry and redoing the plumbing. All of these projects were done while we were out of town and he kept us updated with pictures and communicated with us on a regular basis. Sean and his team were professional, did an excellent job, showed up on time and kept us apprised of costs and their schedule. He is very good at problem solving and leaves the site neat and clean. Sean and his team were a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to give him our highest recommendation!!

Brevard Priority Carpentry made our basement renovation easy and stress free. We live in Florida and have a second home in Tryon. Sean and his team remodeled our entire downstairs while we were away and their professionalism and craftsmanship made for a seamless and beautiful renovation. It’s hard to get projects done when out of town but this team made it easy from installing new flooring, painting, and tiling to detailed carpentry work.
